One of our major steps was centralizing purchasing in Rijnsburg and sales in Aalsmeer. This strategic decision has greatly improved our processes and enabled our teams to focus entirely on their core activities. Our internally developed software system, Panthera, plays a key role by streamlining processes and providing valuable management information.
Additionally, we enthusiastically opened our new headquarters, celebrated the anniversaries of L&M Rijnsburg and Celieplant, and launched the 'ONE Talent Academy.' This academy provides young colleagues with the opportunity to bring fresh and innovative ideas, helping us to remain progressive.
At the same time, we have further strengthened our relationships with growers, enhancing the quality and sustainability of our offerings. With the introduction of the CSRD in 2024, we are also focusing on increased transparency and social involvement.
In the future, we will continue to collaborate intensively with our partners to accelerate innovation and create a lasting positive impact in the floriculture sector.
